are you kidding me? do you want to face the maoists gun if you were in the NA and weaponless?

as a matter of fact, it's not the sort of confidence on themselves..it's sense of insecurity from other forces. girija and his congress have time and again reiterated that they should keep ceremonial monarchy..and they are hell bent into it as for now. amidst this scenario how do you expect them to disarm? NA is still loyal to king, by and large. so they cannot take a chance with them.
that's why let the referendum take place first and then when the country is ready for a CA, they will disarm.

as long as i have been writing here i have always said king's actions were against democracy but his intention wasn't competely wrong..and i have always advocated for democracy..

A pregnant woman of Hardiya-7 in Saptari district died in Maoist custody on Saturday, three day after the Maoists took her under control.

Maoists took away Fulo Devi Yadav in the charge of illicit relation with Kishun Dev Mahatto.

Earlier a widow, Yadav had married Kisun Dev Mahato three years ago and had been living in Piparahi in India. They had returned home only a few days ago and villagers in a meeting had separated them.

They had also imposed a fine of Rs. 30,000 on Mahato for marrying a widow.

Yadav, who has a child from Mahato, was allegedly tortured in captivity after she refused to leave Mahato.

However, the chief of the Maoist people's government, Govinda Chaudhary, said Yadav died as she had consumed poison. Chaudhary refuted allegations that she died in Maoist custody
