Is that Siddhartha Vanasthali? Looks like it... :) Pragya Bhawan or something? hah... Took me sometime to recognize it... That tall white building, 8th grade spent on the ground floor, 9th grade on the second floor and the 10th grade on the top floor... The shade, where we used to "hang out"... waaah!!! Top floor of the building on the right -- my 6th grade, the floor below the top one, my 5th grade, the hidden two story building at the left -- my 7th and 8th grade... near the nurses office, wow... m nostalgic. ha.

Thanks humdrum, but that's not COUPLE of pics. eh. Me wan more.

Hello fellow Vanasthalian-Kalanki:

How come Bro', it took you sometime to recognize your school-your pride. Shame on you ...!!!!!!

You are right, that is a Pragya Bhawan, Maitri on the right side and not sure (Mamata???) on the left. Rajbanshi got pocket full of green these days, no wonder, you have a hard time recognizing your own school. There are lots of changes recently, new buildings, new floor (infront of pragya, maitri bhawan), new arch, new idols, including Rocca Sir ( I believe you remember him) and etc, etc. However, one thing is for sure- the feeling of being in our school is same.

Well, I will definitely post more pictures. I think, I can post one pic a day right??? Thanks for Bishnu (gatekeeper) for letting me enter the school to take some pictures.

Shame on me? LOL
what's the shame about? It's just been a while and there had been too many modifications. The picture thats in my memory is that of the time when I was in 6th grade or before that, I believe, when the ground between the first shade and the pragya bhawan was paved with bricks. I don't even recall the red construction on the left or the shade in front of the pragya bhawan. No shame at all, I never bragged about my elephantine memory. ha....

I believe u can post more than one pic a day. eh... dunno..

Damn..It all looks very different from what I remember. But that was 15 years ago when I was in that school. I loved all my years there. Thanks Humdrum bro for posting that pic. All those arches weren't there when I was in that school. Looks pretty good actually. Post some more pics if you have them.
