Hello everyone,
Need some suggestion :

Document Sent via FEDEX : 10/29/2016
Delivered on : 11/01/2016

Status:
No: Email/Text Received
No: Money order Cashed
No: Documents Returned.
No: Receipt Mail received

is it possible that my application got lost? should I be sending the documents again?

@chinday I would suggest you to wait another week. I sent on 26th Oct and got delivered on 28th but I received my text only on 8th.. and I know some who sent later than me but received notification way earlier. So you should get your notification pretty soon.
