I have enough points to apply for a canadian PR. My VISA however is expired. The question i have is whether i need to apply for a VISA at canadian consulate in US to enter into Canada for an interview or go back to Nepal to apply for Canadian VISA, i am confused!! Any suggestion/s appreciated. Thank you.

An interview if needed will be conducted in the Canadian Consulate in the US where you made PR application. You will not be required to come to Canada for the processing related to your PR application.
