हाल बोलीचाली बिल्कुलै बन्द छ | यसै बीच भाबी विपत्तिलाई सामना गर्न सुजाता समूह , देउबा समूह, रामचन्द्र समूहको छुट्टा छुट्टै कोठे बैठक हरु भैरहेका छन् | गिरिजा को निधन पछि कांग्रेस ३ वा सो भन्दा बढी चिरामा बिभाजन हुने निश्चित छ |

Stone cold 373,
I guess he has malignancy (Other than COPD both of which are associated with his long h/o smoking). which has led to anemia. He has "hornor's syndrome" according to the above pic. ( I have not seen him personally)

good observation nepali chicago.. drooping of eyelid on left side..may be Horner's syndrome..and the cause(with long history of smoking)---lung cancer.

Stone cold Yes, you are almost there. That's my correlation about horner's syndrome and it's probably true.
It's a group of symptoms including (but not only) drooping of the eyelids and enophthalmia (which are present in his above picture). There are few causes for this syndrome, including cancer of the upper part (apex) of the lung which invades some of the nerves in that area resulting in that eye symptoms. In a summary it is called "PANCOST TUMOR".
My point was, smoking --> lung cancer--> pancost tumor --> Horner's syndrome and anemia.
Specially: Phiste ! dude go read about it and let me see what answer you will have for my explaination. Your mind does not seem capable to understand what I was talking about and not only that the words in your reply exposes your level. Go and read about it (or at least google it and spend some time. You will be ashamed of your own reply. Or if you are lucky enough to have any remote remote frens who are doctors, ask them what I am talking about.
