My brother is working with 'x' client through 'y' employer on 6 month Contract to Hire basis! 'y' employer helped him to make resume( we all know how his resume was made)!

My brother knew that 'x' client did all employment verifications for all persons who joined their directly as full time employee!

What will happen to my brother if they opted for all employment verification? Can 'y' employer can help him?

I cannot answer whether 'y' employer will help ur brother or you ;) (just a joke)...
But your brother will definitely need help from 'y'.

Most of the work shown in this type of resume (and probabaly one for your brother) are for contract position that last from few months to few years. When you work as a contractor for any client, they don't have any details about you. SO technically they cannot verify by calling the client. The only other option is calling the employer (y) and sometimes calling other prime vendors.

contract to hire position means they will hire if they like your work, not based on your past work. So they don't go into much details about your past work. I would not worry. But your employer can help by backing up the story and telling that your brother has been with the compnay 'y' for whole time and did multiple projects that were shown on the resume. Remember: y compnay is lossing money when ur brother turns full time.

If the employer 'y' do not want to tell help, what happens in that case?(y compnay is lossing money when ur brother turns full time).

Your employment verification through ur HR or third party company will fail and they let ur hiring manager know.

You wil be in awkward position to tell everything to your immediate manager and it will be up to him to make a call. He might have to take his division director approval to over write background check result and hire anyway.

This is what usually happens in large corporate, but every setup and system is different , you might get away with all fake details without a glitch too.

Not sure if I understood your question, But I am assuming that your employee 'y' didn't help and you want to know what happens...
I wouldn't worry still...U don't want to think about it so much..focus on work and make sure you are doing extra hours (but don't put extra hours while submitting time sheets) and making everyone happy ....at the end as long as you do your job they don't care...
Now that doesn't mean its easy and NOT risky...
It all also depends on the company and the extend they go to do verification....I know bunch of people in my company, including me and it was easy...we just gave the same resume and provided 2-3 people as refernence. They will verify the degree thoroughly but for profeesinal refrence they just called few people that i had provided the name...
There is no way they can call each prvioues clinet and verfy ...
Just keep working and when time comes to worry (if any), worry at that time...just be confident ...You can make story...IN future if you need help... PM me...there are some many things you can tell ....
