Me> have MS in civil engineerng routed for PhD in hydrology and after 2 years life doesn't seem greener wanna quit phd and graduate with another MS degree in hydrologic science.
I have an EIT certification. How hard will it be looking for a job in entry level civil/water resources engineer. Just contemplating ?
Need decent suggestions.

Should have good jobs everywhere...if you have modeling skills and hydrologic science background. If you are in Mid-west, jobs are in need for water resource management. Check out in Colorado, Nebraska, and Kansas area. Ph.D. in hydrologic science holds promises in near future too man. If you are already done with qualifying exam and proposal defence; i suggest you to stick around with Ph.D. for it holds pretty good American and International job platform in near future.

Don't look so good in hydrologic science. It's everywhere geotech and structure.
