Has anybody tried to migrate an Oracle 9i databse from Tru64 to Solaris 9/10 or IBM - AIX Oracle 9i/10g environment?

Has anybody any clue on where to being looking, I tried google to no avail.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

How big of a DB is it ? I think the only option when doing cross OS upgrade from 9i to 10g  is to use exp/imp.
