I would like to know which is the best way to transfer/send money to european countries.

I found moneygram, western union charge around $50. Do you guys know the way to trasfer with minimal charge

 Use paypal. 

Open account in bank like PNC and send check card where you want to transfer if you send in same place all the time
they have free ATM usages for deposit of 2500+ and free wire transfer both domestic and international for 10K+
rules and regulations apply visit your local branch for details but its one way
if it is the best way u have to decide based on your case
