My sister has green card....i m in f1 ...we live together coz this place is good for students....but the thing is my siste does not have a nice nob here, she works in gas stations like us...i want to move out from this place...any place in states that will be good for both green card holders and students...job for her and school for me and job also

what kind of job is your sis interested in? what's your area of study??

My majorbis undecided and i cant figure out what to go for....i have completed my minors and i wanna finish my school soon....m interested in automobile engineering but dnt kno anything abt it...my sister wants any job that wud pay her more than 10 per hour...she speaks and writes good english...she can work any decent jobs and i can join school to complete my undergrad....anything that wud be better....m lil bit creative...want something that pays good and wud be creative too...i wud go for anything...and thank u for ur quick reply justcurious

If job is a priority, look for big metropolitan areas like NY, Chicago, Boston etc. For living, look for suburb area in those cities or any place but the city.

If you want to combine both, I'd suggest Boston suburb, NY suburb, Virginia/MD, Dallas Fort Worth area; all of these have good Nepali population and relatively better chance of getting a job.

 I second Stiffler's comment above.  

These places have abundance of reasonably priced schools, jobs, affordable apartments, public transportation (except for Dallas) and support of large Nepali community.

OKlahoma is the best place for u guys........if ur sista want to move send her to another place but trust me for student oklahoma is the best one

everyone comes to Boston, so find a place in somerville ,  attend a Nepali gathering here and soon you will have friends you didnt need lol...connection will get your sister  a job and you attend night school and work during the day time if you choose, even good schools like north eastern , u mass has affordable rates during the night. if you both drive its a huge plus. goodluck
