Hello Guys...

Is there anyone whose PERM filing got audited recently?My PERM filing has been audited ..this is so frustrating...I am through IT consulting company under EB2..My employer told me they have already replied back ..but not sure if i have to wait for another 2 yrs to get the reply from DOL..please share ur feelings if you are on same boat or know some information regarding PERM Audit response..I did find one thing..DOL is processing 2008 Nov. Audit now..if this is the case i have to wait 2 more years...

wondering..if someone out there who got the Audit reply back from DOL within month or so...

Only if  it is processed as a government error, it will move fast else you will have to wait in line .. What was the reason for your audit ?

p.s. It is better for you to start the process all over again if your ads has not expired you can use the same ads again
