the_hareeb,

we don't know your GRE score, undergrad GPA, your research experience and so on to recommend you a good grad school. I respect your privacy and don't want you to post everything here, however filling in few details won't hurt you.

hellCoder, I have 3.3 undergrad gpa and had couple of internships, if that counts as work expereince. I am still trying to find work as my first priority, at the mean time also apply grad school. I still have to give GRE.

Do you know any good grad school offering assistantship? I can research the GRE score requiremtns in their website.

Hari bahadur, thank you for the link. I will take a look

hi hemu,
went to the school website. It does offer Computer Science for grad. How good is the program? Name sounds like it is more of a business school.

Thank you for your help

Its really good. If you want to settle in USA and have good and decent Job in fortune 500 companies then go for it. Their program is really good for International students. You need need not to worry about fees only few thousands while you join. Later on you can pay off rest after you got job.

You will be taught Meditation which will be really helpful when you become professonal to reduce your stress and maintain your helth.

And lot more......

UC Berkeley.

Don't settle for anything less. Admission is very competitive but it's well worth the try. Great faculty and campus, and the approximity to silicon valley is a huge advantage. Spent my 4 years there as an undergrad in an unrelated major several years ago and its an unbelievable experience. It does wonders for your intellectual appetite.

to add to that, any  UC  will do great. UC Berkeley(berkeley.edu)   is obviously  up there  in the  top  5 in States,   UCSD (ucsd.edu) and UCLA(ucla.edu)  are  i beleive in top 20 -25  in the states.   i beleive  UC irvine(uci)  is  pretty good  for  cs  as well.
university of texas , austin (www.utexas.edu) is also pretty good in  engineering field,  but i dont  know if they specialize in cs.

among the private ones, carnegie mellon (http://www.cmu.edu/index.shtml)  is one  of the top universities in the world for  cs  program, along with  stanford(stanford.edu), caltech(caltech.edu)  and MIT( www.mit.edu).

about funding, i dont know exactly,  but i believe it is easier to get some kind of aid in private universities than the public ones if u are an international student.
