Dear Sajha users,


Does anyone know the lawyer in dallas area who helps with H1 transfer? If so please let me know i would appreciate that. I found some online but it would really help if i could use the lawyer you sajhaittes have already used,

I don't know whether mr. Sushil Adhikari  can handle your case, but his sounds like a lawyer. He is a founder of Nepalese society in DFW, must have idea to work on your case. Once you are in TX, why no try once and see how will he suggest you.

I got one Law firm at CA, http://www.patnaiklaw.com/index.html


The lawyer was informative and she actually can answer your questions over the phone. She told me that its important to have H1 receipt/ approval notice from USCIS. However she can still help you with transfer in case you only have the receipt number (when your employers doesnot give your I 797). But the latter case could face rejection from USCIS. She said she actually has done one transfer without H1 documents. She can work directly with employee or employer.
