I upgraded my windows XP with SP2 and now my desktop size has changed...i tried to change with display properties but it doesn't work..actually there is less options than i used to have before...i don't see the display property that i used to click for my s-video to connect to TV either....Any computer experts?????

this is how it looks..i made it in paint...i won't be able to use scroll bar when i maximize my window....

Is your Display setting is 32 bit or 16 bit ? tell me the resolution 800 × 600 is fit for normal.

nope none of them helped...my desktop still looks the same...black at the top and black at the bottom...by the way i am using 32 bit

Now i am using resolution 1280 * 1024 pixels if i try 1024 * 768 it comes to normal size except for there is black at the left corner...what should i do...i tried downloading ati driver and installed it but it didn't work either...computer bidwans...need help

Not too sure whats causing the problem, but u can try upgrading your graphic card driver.

my graphic card is Radeon 9200...how can i upgrade it...can u provide me with the link techGuy please.

well that's the one i downloaded earlier....it didn't work...last time i downloaded ati i had it on system icon tray and could easily work with it...but this one was weird...installed and opened from it's installed location but doesn't have any option to change display properties...

Try ....

1. Remove the display drivers by uninstalling it from contol panel/system/hardware/device manager/display adapeters.

2. Reinstall the display drivers after disabling firewall/antivirus/antispy programs.

If it dosen't work then repeat the procedure for monitor also.

Hope it works.

I use webex....i'll tell u how thru msn id or if ur firewall allows..i cna use msn messenger ko remote assistance to connect.
