Hi All, The company that has filed my H1B is not enrolled in the E-Verify program. My question is that in this case, will I still be elgible for the 17 months extension? If not, is there a way that I can get this extension? Any kind of feedback is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can ask your company to list in e-verify program. I think it is free of cost to be listed. Don't worry about this.
