Hi!

Help.

I had requested extension for my grand mother, her I -94 expired few days back. I just received a notice of denial(email), although I requested extension 2 months back.

My question is, Is she out of status? Will she be able to come here later with the same visa? Will there be problem in the port?  Does INS give grace period, she is old so I cant find anybody to escort her till 22nd of march, is it okay for here to stay here till that period? Plz guys if anyone has been in similar situation answer. I am the only one to take care of my granny, so it would b difficult for me if this makes her ineligible to  re-enter next time to the US.

Hope to get replies.
