Pend Ding, I am not a doctor, but the following info can be helpful.

Your problem could be just the muscle pain, but watch out for heart attack warning signs.  How old are you? You can find tons of information on the web. Follow this link:

Another link.

Am I having a heart attack?

The chest pain or discomfort that you feel during a heart attack may be very similar to what you feel during an episode of angina. In many cases, however, there are important differences. The table below summarizes these differences.

Symptoms that may indicate angina or a heart attack

Characteristic of symptom

Angina

Heart attack

How long chest pain lasts Less than 5 minutes 5 minutes or longer
Consistency of chest pain Comes and goes Constant
How bad the chest pain is Less intense More intense
Other symptoms, such as nausea, sweating, or difficulty breathing Less likely More likely
Resolves with medication (nitroglycerin) or rest Yes No

Although the pain of a heart attack is usually severe, it can vary greatly. In fact, some heart attacks are never recognized (silent infarctions) because the symptoms are mild, not typical, or even absent. This is a major reason why some people don't come to the hospital when they have a heart attack. If you have angina and notice that it is happening more often or lasting longer, you should contact your doctor.

if you're 25, then you shouldn't be concerned about heart problems yet. But, it's always good idea to learn symtoms/ warning signs of heart problems if you frequently get chest pain.

pain is clinically defined as the projection of internal and external disorder of  body.nerves of visceral organ(internal organs like heart, lung ect.) as well as somatic organs( e.g skin) are somehow connected.so the pain of internal organs is often projected outside which is called Head's Zone. Before u jump into conclusion , it is necessary to find out whehter the pain is internal or just superficial. The afferent spinal nerves of different organs get swtiched off in spinal chord and is taken further with the same single nerve which means often pain is located false, for e.g, pain of heart is not projected where heart lies but on left arm, if u have internal stomach pain, it can cause to back pain.a mild pain in the heart and not lasting for long along with pain while inhaling could be most probably cause of strain in muscle.but precaution is always better than cure.go for a check up and let ur blood sample be checked. if ur pain is a symptom of any  heart problem like heart attack then troponin level is often high but in case ur case i would not worry that much coz u r young and food isnt that bad.still u never know about any disease in detail before a thorough check-up coz there r lots of genetically transferred diseases which appear in some generations though u live a healthy life.
