Dear frens i am planning to host a website. Can any one suggest me what should i do for that and please send me if there is any tricks and idea to make a good and popular website.

first step is to get a domain name and web space.

If you want .np domain, u can get in free from mercantile in Nepal. But you need to buy the domain space anyway.

It's easy to create a website but tough to maintain it. [personal experience].

Website is like a business firm. U need to work regularly for it, if you are planning to develop as a online business entity.
