First of all happy new year 2007.
Second, need some information.
I have one of my relatives coming to the US in visitor visa.
Problem is she wants to visit London as well where other relatives reside.
She already applied for UK visa from Nepal but was denied.
So, we are thinking whether she can apply UK visa from USA or not.
Can she apply UK Visa from USA or she has to go back to Nepal and apply?
If the later is true, then that doesn't serve the purpose.
I went to britainusa.com website and it does not have anything like that.

IF SHE IS DENIED VISA TO UK BUT ALLOWED VISA TO USA....................HMMMMMMMMMMMMSOMETHING IS WRONG.
EITHER THE UK OR USA CONSULAR IS RETARDED.
ANYWAY IT'S NO HARM TRYING.
SHE CAN APPLIED FROM ANYWEHERE IN THE WORLD.
ONLY NEED IS THE SUBSTANIAL DOCUMENTS.

Let me tell you the truth, this british visa officer are very very strict now a days! Last month, i applied for U.K visa from Los Angeles. It was lengthy and detail interview eventhough i have Greencard ( better honored than British Passport in terms of oppurtunities and future), Job & Pay (some of my coworkers are from U.K and i get paid more than them). One of my friend who is going to Nepal via London had same issue in New york to get visa for U.K.

Your freind will get U.K. visa If She/He can prove that She/ He is going to Nepal via London, therefore make sure show them Air ticket and do not forget to tel them that " If i wanted to stay , i would have choosen U.S.A rather than U.K."
