Don't freaking advertise your travel agency by saying NO to some other travel agency. I have traveled with Zen travels, have got decent fare, service and I am completely satisfied. Everyone makes mistakes but if someone realizes the mistakes, that is the most I can ask for. I did ask for quotes from several different travel agencies and had the cheapest quote from Zen. So, don't be misled into believing something that may not be to your advantage. :)
