Anyone goes to Salem Int. College in WV? If so, can you please tell me if this is true. International students are not allowed to transfer to other colleges after one semester. Thanks.

oh man,

Salem in middle of no-where. I do not think you could stay there long. I heard there are few nepalese but I do not have their contact Info.
