 How do you define Democracy?

I'd say it is the situation where.
Every people are responsible.
They are optimistic.
They are educated.
They know ethics.
They are not influenced by rumors.
Where every person's knowledge is considerable and is considered.
Where there is no poverty.
Where people can decide for themselves know their rights.
..........

What is your opinion on democracy?

A child from a dirt poor family and lowest Cast, with his determination and hard work , being able to run for the country's highest seat.

This will be the highest example of democracy in nepal, and I Hope someday it will be true.
