You remind of the poems that I used to write when I was a little kid. It always used to start with: sky is blue, trees are green, bus is running.....
I had one nice english teacher when I was in class 4. She used to make us write poems in her class. And I used to throw something similar to what I said above. After 8 years, when the day finally came to leave the school, she came to me and handed some paper put in an envelope. To my surprise, she handed me the very poem that I had written way back. I read the poem again and again and tried to go back to my past. I started thiinking about the mind of that boy--of course it's me--and analyze it in a different perspective. I felt so good. I was so grateful to her.
Later I asked her why you kept those poems. She said she wants me to know how much I have changed--by just looking at a piece of poem that I had written so many years ago. That was indeed a huge surprise--8 years of patience.
