I need to submit my TPS EAD soon because my OPT is expiring soon. Should I add my employer information on the EAD application or doesn't it matter? Is it a good idea?

not sure where it asks for employer info . Never came across it or I may have left it blank, I forgot. But nothing will make it faster for the approval. They will still take their time 2 months at least.

@mangale 28 a b and c, it asks for degree, e-verify company blah blah. I am working if I put nothing will I be lying or it doesn't matter for TPS EAD. when I was reading instructions on how to fill out the application, I think I saw don't leave any thing blank, at least put Not Applicable. But It is applicable to me.

I don’t think you read the instructions clearly,

If you read 28 in i765 form it states:

“28. (c)(3)(C) STEM OPT Eligibility Category. If you entered the eligibility category (c)(3)(C) in Item Number 27., provide the information requested in Item Numbers 28.a - 28.c.”

TPS EAD is category A-12. So, you don’t need to fill from 28a to 28c. That is for c-3-c category. which i believe is opt EAD.

Yes, you can leave them blank. Please read all the instructions clearly and only fill out the required fields for your category.
