I have one big issue.... mero sathi ko passport still handwritten passport xa..usle MRP garenaxa.... k ajhai pani mero sathi le handwritten passport lai MRP banauna mil6 ki nai.... any suggestions will be appreciated...

Handwritten passport lai MRP banaune haina, naya passport apply garne ho and your fren will get an MRP. No big issue.

The restriction was travel, not making new passport. You can do it, follow the directions on the embassy website.
