My dad's I 485 interview is approaching near. I , being his petitioner,  am not able to translate his statement during interview questions. I am looking for someone to assist him for his interview. Please help me with some informations.

Under Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, agencies that receive federal funds
must provide the services of a professionally trained interpreter to clients who are
not fluent in English. This law is meant to provide all people with equal access
to public services. The interpreter’s services must be provided at no cost to the
client. For more information on Title VI, call the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights
Division at 1-888-848-5306 or U.S. Department of Health and Human Services,
Region IX Office for Civil Rights: 1-415-437-8310.
