US visitor visa rejected twice for parents, does anyone know how many times they can apply in a year? Any help is appreciated.

US embassy would be happy to collect ur parents' application fee any number times. The question is what has changed to apply for a new one compared to old application? If nothing has changed, then likelihood of rejection is high again.
