Sajha ka mitraharu,
I am very likely to get a job offer in next couple of weeks with at least 13% more pay at a different hospital with same job title. However, I didn't talk to the future hospital about H1B or GC sponsorship thinking I will apply for 7 months OPT extension in May and get TPS EAD next year (did answer yes to sponsorship question on app though). However, I just realized that I don't qualify for 7 months OPT extension since on May 10 I will have way less the 150 days left on my current OPT EAD.
So, I am wondering should I just wait until I have a job letter in hand and then apply for TPS EAD or just continue with my current employer who has already filled for H1B given I really want to move to the new job, but I would also like to get married soon (likely in Nepal and taking future job meaning I will be still single for how many years who knows). FYI, my current job is in private hospital whereas future one is a big county hospital. Needing some suggestions please.

Stay with current company. If you are in health you are cap exempt correct? After h1b is processed, you can switch. I would value getting H1 more than 13% increase.

@maxpayne_Not cap exempt with current employer. They had to post that 10 day H1B filing notice at my hospital till 04/04/16 so I am not even sure if I will be one of those first 20K petitioner with grad degree. Here is my pros and cons analysis:
- Current Job Pros: Will sponsor H1B (already did), GC (will restart if I press them slightly hard again)
- Current Job Cons: Slacker administrators. Have to collaborate with all of them daily to get my job done which makes my job really hard. For profit, no family members around, only couple med schools, high tuition (similar competitiveness to get in as future one).
- Future job pros: Different state which is heaven for med schools (cheapest and less competitive to get in), not for profit, will be close to family members there, more pay, different type of hospital so will gain valuable experience (must need at least couple year work experience at this particular type of hospital if wanting to become director in future)
-Future job cons: Not sure of sponsorship, government hospital so possibility of administrators being more kaam chore than current job

Only reason I am in dilemma is I will need sponsorship to work/fulfill my two equally important priorities in life: get married (looks like will have to go to Nepal thus at least H1B) and give a shot to med school (Must have GC even to apply, pay tuition etc). The current employer provides precursor to those priorities otherwise I would chose future employer without a second thought.
