Hi one question

Can one apply for green card from employment (EB3/EB2) from TPS only ? Opt is out of status (fired during opt extension) and can't find employer with e-verify. Suppose they got a job with TPS can a company file me greencard if they are willing. Will my out of status ( accrued 120 more days in opt extension without job) hamper the green card process ?

I would be very glad if anyone could reply me back.

In order to do a change of status/adjustment of status, the person must be in another valid non-immigrant status. Being said that, you have to have valid status before getting TPS to be eligible for cos/aos in future.

*this is just my understanding, it may not be true.
