Giving xtra un-needed stress to words.. On my last visit to Nepal I saw lot of teenagers and young people (esp. Girls) talking like this.. I guess this is the new trend in Nepal to sound cool .

चिक्ने जाँठीहरु लाइ राम्रो अंग्रेजी (फक, शीट, कुल बाहेक) बोल्न भन्यो भने दांत बाट पसिना आउँछ नेपालि चाहिं याक्सेण्टेड, सिस्नो पानि ले दुधाँ डाम्न नपुग्या.

Not a new thing. When we were little this is how we would speak Nepali if we were pretending to be a foreigner. Even now if you watch any Nepali comedy, actor trying to be a "kuirey" will talk like this. Fact is no foreigner talks like this. It's a forced accent.
