Nepali just need somebody or something to hate, we just need to hate. We don't even need a good logical reason to do so. At first we were hating our corrupt politicians for failing to anything after the massive earthquake. Then we shifted our hate to our self, and we divided our self as pahadi and madhesi people and we started hating and killing each other. Then there came constitution. People went out on the streets to celebrate as if new Constitution would provide them with free food, free gas and their lives would be better overnight. Then it was time to face the music when India decided to put sanction. All the people who were praising modi when he visited Nepal 9 month ago were the first to write against him. Lets admit half of Nepalese Nepalese on Facebook are dumb, they just share stuff and go with the trend, either its gohomeindiamedia or backoffindia, they are the very first in the line to hate each other. Then we started hating India just because we need to hate something new. Funny to see our moms and sisters writing against india on Facebook, they forgot that they spend 3-4 hours a day watch Hindi TV series. Half of the people hashtagging backoffindai are Nepalese living abroad, whose lives wont be affection from this sanction. We dumb Nepalese don't even realize that we are completely dependent upon India. Lets not even go to food and gas, 90% of housewife would suffocate just by killing Indian TV channels. Nepalese would pay 1000 Rs. to see Indian movies but wont spare a second to write against India on Facebook. We don't realize all the gas and most of the food they consume are being exported from India, and hating India in not gonna solve anything. That's what we been doing so far, we are hating our leaders, our self and our neighbors. I think Nepalese are habitual to this perpetual hate shifting.

Exactly my sentiments.

There is this Nepalese woman in Cleveland who doesn't even know what the term 'constitution' means, and the broad just shared in Facebook, a video of a punjabi woman slapping Modi's effigy. Like you said, 9 months ago, when Modi admitted Buddha was born in Nepal, 90% of us assholes were ready to give him a blow job. There were praises galore, our anti India sentiments just took backseat and suddenly we started believing Indians were our long lost brothers.

It is so easy to beguile us. Heck if someone tells us how brave we gurkhas are and our khukuri is the greatest ever invention in warfare, that buddha was born in Nepal, Everest lies in Nepal, we might as well let them screw our sisters.

Truth is, we are poor, we are needy, we are extremely dependent on our neighbors, we do not have self realization, we never do self assessment, we live in the past, we are too holy, too gullible, too angry and too hateful. Our only source of energy is natural gas, the one we emit as we fart - that is our shameful reality.

It is time we realized that one AK-47 is more potent than hundreds of khukuris.

You're welcome :)

This is because of mutated gene we have been carrying for centuries.

How dumb can one get? Are they trying to force India to remove sanction by blocking Indian channels?

Blame our leaders than Indians. They kissed Modis arse like never before when he came to Nepal and now everybody's crying foul. Save some energy and find solutions to so called undeclared embargo from within or beyond the border. Be wise and use some conscience before making statements against anybody. Why leaders are not going to Terai to address the situation? Because they are busy trying to play musical chair for PM post in Kathmandu.

Bittertruth is correct. I think i have already seen the future for nepali people, modi is going to cancel this embargo in couple weeks. Same person who is hashtagging backoffindia will praise modi in his facebook and his dumb friends will like and share it. Same people who is calling indian "dhoti" walk down the streets with modi's name on it and go straight to jai nepal and spend his 500 Rs for some Indian movie and geotag himeslf on facebook. This is sad reality of dumb Nepali people. "Ani kaha jancha tyo modi murdabad? kaha jancha tyo dhoti chor? Kaha jancha tyo khokro Patriotism?"

It sounds like a big talk, but my/our dream is to turn Nepal into sustainable energy dependent Nation. Such as using our own resources for energy output and consumption. Hydro, wind, and solar is abundant in Nepal. With proper planning and management we can generate more energy than the Nation needs at the same time revolutionizing agriculture with proper irrigation channel with our abundant water resources. This will take care of our energy needs and food consumption. Then gradually we cut the use of Oil and diesel. Electric vehicle is on the rise, we can always incorporated and connect our districts and zones with electric railway system. Put more priority in public electric transport inside the cities with more emphasis on bicycles and foot route.

Every revolution starts with small step. There is the thing called public fund, create and operate.

If we agree in this we can start our first project:
To make a small village located 45 miles from the Kathmandu self energy sufficient meaning we want to create a Solar farm in an area 4x times the size of the Dasarth stadium. If we chip in just a tiny fraction of your dollar or Rs.(with numbers) we can make this project come to reality and move on according to it.
This could be the dream projec and we everybody can have a ownership to this achievements.
Final thought, in future we don't have to beg and depend on others of our needs.
This is the only solutions to break the chain of dependency with our neighbors.
