My brother has 3 year Bachelors in Nepal. I was thinking to invite him to US for Masters in US for IT. Do you happen to know which university gives In-State for International Students or is cheap tuition fee.

Any suggestions/ guidance would be highly appreciated

As far I know most of the universities in Minnesota gives in-state fee for international students like St. Cloud State University; Minnesota State University in Mankato as well as Moorhead. These days universities in Oklahoma and Louisiana (LSU) also started giving in-state.

Oh wait a minute, 3 years degree might create huge problem hai..... they need 4 years degree.
