I have all my indian co-worker completely dumb ass who hardly can speak english well and still working in IT industry.
Well guys you have PHD, well educated and have computer programming knowledge. You obviously can do it since i am doing.
IF you have programming knoweldge take some trainning and go for development side. its good money. QA is very easy job. unless you wana start in the beginning.
