Frivolous lawsuits are one thing, rightful accusation is another. You have to be fair with each side and until and unless we hear the owner's defense, the facts presented say the Nanny was wrongfully employed; she should be compensated. Adhikar is doing a good job. Go Luna.

Read the post again. The nanny was bitten multiple times by the dog. I am glad she filed a lawsuit.
