They are reliable. But if its your first time it will take about a week for them to complete the transcation. They will take all the personal info, ss, work place, annual income..etc. After that they will verify your bank by making some minor deposit. You have to confirm how much it is. After that some dude from India will call to confirm all the informatation you initially put on the website. After that they will take money from your bank, wait for it to clear up. Finally they will call the person receiving it and send you receipt for transcaatoin. I used them because of their rates and no fee for first time. Now that i am verified I am supposedly able to send money anytime.
TLDR: If you are not in hurrry use them. They have better rates than moneygram. Its a lengthy hassle initially.

 For me, they're very reliable. It's very easy once you get verified.

thank you so much so it actually take almost a week? but in their website they mention that it take 4 days to complete the transaction

 Thamelremit.com is pretty good too.... I had/ have no problems till date.... tara mucha hos ya thamelremit sabai le SSN ta linchan ta US ko naya policy bhandai.... May be these guys will use your SSn just like moneygram or western union when you remit to Nepal.... 

 Transcation completion bhaneko bank ko ho. Aru administrative kaam chhain time lagchha.
