I have been selected for DV 2013. I am on opt right now and working. I prefer to do AOS by I485 but therei s a form asking for 5 years of work history. Ma US ma 5 yrs dekhi chu ra maile SSN use garera bahira kam gareko chu especially every summer. if someone who has been through the same situtiation and has some suggestions for me regarding the I325G form then please help me out. I would really appreciate it!!

My case no is below 7000 so better option will be doing AOS, but the only problem is form 325G where i have to mention all the work history. Any one in the same boat for working outside and doing AOS?

I don't know what you have done but if your case closes this sept 30 then let me tell you clear what you will be seeing

1) did you sent DV fee ?
2) if paid did you get receipt?
3) did you sent i 485 to Chicago?
5) if sent i485 to chicago got biometric letter?
6) If got biometric letter got interview letter?
If nothing is done so far and still waiting for second letter and if your case closes by this sept 30 2012 sorry to tell you you can't do AOS

If your case closes by this sept 30 2012, a case number with below 7000 should have Done AOS 4 months ago and should have got green card in his hand by now.

As raju161 stated earlier, all the cases will be closed by september 30th of each year so if you haven't done anything so far then you missed the opportunity. on the other note, if you have done something then you should have green card handy by this time.

Guys my DV is for 2013 not for 2012. AOS doesnt start until OCT 2012. Numbers will be current from October onwards. I have already sent my papers n waiting for second letter. My concern is not doing AOS in USA but the work part.

united bro , chinta nagare huncha, ma pani tai situation ma thiye, maile tyo part khali rakhdi, taisko matlab bro le last 5 years ma kam gareko chaina. taiha kai pani nalekhe huncha, ma ta jhan purai barsa vari samajik surakshya ma kam garthe , intervew ma khasai kai sodhena. Mero interview Dec ma vayeko thiyo ra hariyo patta Jan ko 2nd week ma aayeko thiyo. aru kunai question vaye yahi lekhe huncha.

thanks for replying...i have been very worried about the work part...dnt exactly knw wht i should do?....tapaiharu le file garda kun status ma hunuhunthiyo? ma ahile opt ma chu ra working now in my major field...ra college huda tyaha kam gareko thiye....tyo ta lekhda huncha hola ni? college ko kam ta legal ho.
