Film director Gyanendra Deuja made a failed suicide
Deuja, who was lying unconscious after poisoning himself, was rescued by the police and admitted to Nepal
Deuja, who is also the Assist Director of Nepal Rastra Bank at Thapathali, is known to have tried to commit suicide after losing most of his property in gambling including his home at Kapan. He had been frequenting the casinos for months.
Deuja-directed 'Muna Madan' is currently running in the cinemas in Kathmandu. His other directorial ventures include 'Rakshak', 'Khusi', 'Chhabilal Kanjoos Chaina' and 'Hifaajat'
