Very heart touching story.. But reporter did not ask about her daughter who is living in USA. Is she helping her or not. I wish I could help her one day.

I knew about this lady 2 years ago . Her daughter is the one who helped her in the beginning before donations start coming in. But unlike those people who want to brag about how much they have done to community and how much they donated to community by giving interviews in nepali papers she remained hidden.

I feel like I am unhuman , heartless man. We all will have to go through old age in our life. Life is not easy, lets help her to help these helpless old people. We move forward by helping eachother. At some point in our life we have taken help of somebody otherwise we would not be here. I am not saying to give all of your money but we can her send some money once in a while, it won't crack us down.

Call your home and tell your family (if they are in kathmandu) to go to that place and donate whatever they want. That is the best way.

My parents once a year go to bridha ashram at pashupati and donate food or cloths etc.
