Hi guys,

I am planning to transfer to an University this summer, I do have a overall GPA of more than 3 but seems like this semester i might have a GPA below 2. Is it possible for me to transfer to a new school when you don't have a GPA above 2 this semester but still have above 2 GPA overall? Please share the ideas!!!

most university take above 2 . you will be fine.

thnks codeme!! i feel relieved!! I have never had bad GPA but i got real unlucky this semester with super strict teacher and whole bunch of other stressful stuff in my life. I am excited to join university in summer. Anyone else has any ideas or suggestion please let me know.

Well I did post the same question a week ago for one of my buddys GF but didn't get any positive response. So we went to talk with the international advisor and the answer is NO. Where ever u transfer you need to have a 2.0 or better GPA on that Semester. They will not take your overall GPA. Must be the Current GPA 2.0 or better. So my suggestion for you apply for FALL take summer class and maintain 2.0 GPA . Then you can transfer anywhere you want. GOOD LUCK :)
