First of all, curb your expectations.
In a democratic state, there is a limit to what a head of state can accomplish. To make the matter worse, if a ruling party lacks majority, its hands are tied. Maoists, even if they want to do the best for the country (hypothetically), cannot make decisions that suits them. If you piss any other party, you will lose the support and the government can easily fall down.

Now to make the matter even worse, you have three heads in Maoist party. One head has to feed the other two if he wants to continue ruling. Perfect example is the latest decision by our government to grand 20Million to the party chairperson’s son (Prakash Dahal). I am sure Baburam wouldn’t have advocated for this if it was upto him; but he has to keep Prachanda happy, right?

These kinds of compromise should be expected. I’d have liked our leader to be more selective on the compromise; he has made few too many error in decision making. But, my point is that you just cannot expect a democratic leader to come up and change Nepal all of a sudden. Only a dictatorship has that kind of power, and most of the time, for wrong reasons.

There is no hope for Nepal because of the perpetuation of poverty and greed by Nepali politicians.

Let's not jump that far. We're in a transitional phase and this is expected. Some transition take decades some are done quicker. Don't give up hope yet. Name one country where the politicians are not greedy, we have to find a way out of this funk we are in, assuming the greed will always be there.

 We r expecting New prime Minister Every Month ? Any kind of stable is better than Unstable government for nation.  Wheather he will be successfull ot not, Baburam is not so powerful person but  he is the only one leader of Nepal who really worry about development of NEPAL and in current situatuin of Nepal, he is the best option.

If we don't have options why are the mass people on facebook demanding Baburam's resignation? I don't understand that point.
