I just need some basic regular channels like TNT, USA, FOX, all those so which one is better DIRECTV OR DISH Network where i can watch NFL,NBA,EPL...? I mean cheap around $30/month

Only DirecTV lets you watch all the NFL games and I think they have a promotion on NFL package for first time customer. No other network (cable or satellite) has this arrangement, so if you want to watch a game other than the one where your local team plays, then get DirectTV. I didn't like either Dish or DirectTv because of their exorbitant fees.

 Go with Directv....In my area I pay about 150 and man you can watchany game  live.....!Just enjoying Soccer these days!

Buy setup box like ROKU or someother brand and buy subcriptions.
Only downfall is you've to have high speed internet connection :D 
Other than that it's cost effective, you don't pay for the stuffs you don't watch :D

 Get comcast or cable instead. Both DISH and Directv are ripoffs. Besides, they require 2 year commitment too. For soccer, try this. http://www.foxsoccer2go.com/
