 Hi sajha followers,

I started to work in night shifts since couple of week at GS. Since last week I notice little but constant pain in back lower left.
Does anyone has problem like this before. Any suggestion.

Work is not so hard, do not have to life heavy load but it is causing problem for me. I do have high Uric Acid level in the past but not out of recomended level..
Any suggestion about the cause or solution for that.

Thank You so much in advance

do you sleep enough? get at least 6 hours of sleep if you're sleeping less than that currently. if you sleep/study with your belley facing down or curve your back while sitting, quit it asap. It causes deformation of your vertebra and causes pain (usually because your spinal nerves/spinal cord are under pressure because of deformation).  such deformation can also be caused by obesity. so, if you have a big belley hanging down, it's time to start losing weight.

check for possibilities of other diseases like osteoporosis; we tend to neglect diet since we are too busy with school and/or work. but this negligence is affecting you, slowly but surely. it's just the matter of time when symptoms start to appear. you working at gas station could be totally unrelated to your back pain.

tensonbho,
like I wrote in other post, all diseases are there because of the food you eat, how you eat, what you eat and when you eat.

lol, I see this sudden back-pain problem of yours is coming not because of any posture problems but with what you are taking in.

Dude, stop drinking that damnnnnnnn Coffeee. Avoid any caffeine sources. Don't believe me??
Try it for 2-day and come to me here to write how you feel.

There is another way to stay awake. Don't eat late. If you are working nightshift, keep your stomach flush, drink spring water or preferably aloe vera juice if you can find out there. Feel the magic.

7-8 hours a night sleep is a myth. I know mostly we are brought up that way. There are different group of doctors who don't believe 7-8 hours must sleep myth.  I sleep 5-6 hours a day, I never had any fatigue/lack of energy or anything. There are certain tricks to get that level of energy. Wanting to share if someone is interested, else don't wanna do blah blah for nothing

You need a pair of shoes that has enough cusion on it. If you are standing most of the time may be the reason for lower back pain, you need to find comfortable shoes.

You need to do some simple exercise or yoga.

Streach your back which can be done many ways. Never jerk while you are stretching.

You can try to touch the nees with your fore head.
Kneel  ( you  will be sitting on your feet)  and stretch your both arm straight. Try to move your both arms very jently inch by inch  to your left and with same pace to your right.

Lay flat back , cross your left leg to  over right leg , you will be in a relaxing position. then try to touch the floor by your left hand, reapeat that to other hand, it will help to stretch your lower backbone.

Never force to touch in first session, it will harm than doing good, never jerk , be jentle with your body.

Try all the suggestions posted above. If you still have the pain after following the suggestions posted, check this thread I had posted a while back:
