I have been employed since 2008 January with a Companay as a Software Developer. After 3 years (Last year) I have changed the job with another department and my title is Software Engineer now.
My company is in process to file my GC using my previous job experience with same company. Job needs more than 51% different tasks but still use the same tools (.net, sql..). The job title posted for recruitment is 'Software Manager'.
Can I use the previous job experience while filing GC from current department within same company?
I finished my Bachelors degree in March 2006 and came to US in August 2006. While doing Bachelors, I used to work (June 2005 to July 2006) but I was full time student. We din't mention that while filing PERM labor but can we show if we need later ?
These days, we can see lots of RFE/Audit for IT jobs (specially for EB2).
How is the chance to get RFE ?

You can use the job experience from the same company provided new duty differs by above 50% from previous duty. Make sure the lawyer has good understanding of how to mention these differences.
No need to mention ur work experience while doing bachelor's as i guess ur job requirement for GC is bachelor's or master's + some years of experience.
