25 votes and still working on it. The troublesome thing is that I have to clear my browsing history after every vote and I have to type in FiOS.

No you do not have to deletet browsing history.. ..

To vote multiple times, please open new window everytime on In Private Browsing, you can do this by openning on new blank tab and click on "Open an InPrivate Browsing window" and vote.

It is working for me...
