How would you rate this journalit's English? Is he nervous? Can you believe a guy with such English is a reporter for CNN?

Why doesn't CNN hire some good speaking journalists based in Kathmandu?
@Guruji: That's what I am wondering?
Talking about CNN, whatever happened to Kiran [Disallowed String for - castist reference]. she used to anchor CNN morning show.
Well i have seen worst Reports specially check that Power news thing on some nepali channels . They seems to be some wanna be reporters who has no clue about Journalism .
I won't blame this guy on this video :) He tried his best to explain the situation . I know lot of people within US they are worst then this guy . See Nepali news reports they don't even know how to report anything in professional manners.
i praise this man for being able to make himself a CNN reporter. his english might be poor than yours but the key is to convey the message, which he has done successfully. so, stop being mean. and i admire CNN's decision for choosing a Nepali local as their representative despite the fact that they could have hired a native english speaker.
Mr. Ghorle or Mr. Boko whatever you are....why don't you go Nepal and apply for the CNN's reporter postion? You may get it.
@DeshBhakta Nepali: I am not saying that my English is better than his. If you have listened to his reporting, you would yourself say that he is either nervous or he needs more practice. Note that he made a mistake by saying, while the airplane was returning to the aircraft. I am pretty sure that there are better Nepali journalist with better English than him.
My view is, CNN is watched all over the world. If a guy stationed in Nepal cannot deliver the news fluently, it is a shame on us. People all around the world will think that we do not have fluent English speakers!
Mr. Ghorle or Mr. Boko, You know very well that English is not our first language so for sure we do have problem in speaking English. At least he tried. Regarding to his stammering voice, well have u ever given speech or presentation in front of ur friends or a any big crowd? I bet you will also stamper ...it's not a easy task dear.
I am not here to say any bad things for u but just saying that it is a great job to work as a media person where whole world is listening to u...
Na risau hai!!!
Peaceinheaven
I just.... would like to have your all [Disallowed String for - bad word]ing attention. The man who is reprting from Nepal where english has been speaking as a secondary language. so far he is conecting to the world through CNN about our local news, that is the great thing he did for you guys and all.we sould appricitae what he is doing for everyone....not any kind of [Disallowed String for - bad word]ing critiszed.anyways my english is also not perfect...becouse i was born in nepal.
I am so happy to see a Nepal native reporting on the Nepali issue. Usually I have seen INDIAN report on Nepal's issue on CNN. this is much better..and his accent and English mishaps are allowed. English is not our first language so it is okay, his accent and English make him more Nepali and more credible.
