HP touchPad for $99 , any one got chance to get one??

Just read the news about HP decision to blow out touchPad after very unsuccessful debut 44 days ago. All store sold it for 99 $ and 149 $. Did any of us nepali bros or sis got chance to grab one??
BTW any idea why HP did it ??

I have ordered one through HP SMB and one through onSale @ Amazon. Neither has been shipped yet. So, have my fingers crossed.

HP is getting out of hardware business. They're liquidating!

I am using Samsung Galaxy tab now.
Is it worth to buy even on 100 bucks?? what about apps? Battery life ?
I want to get one just to try .
