Hi,
i am wondering if anybody went through this problem.
I came to US in student visa, after I came here I changed my status to H1B- dependent. Now, I am going back to F1 status and my visa is still not expired. I am wondering, if I go to visit Nepal after I change my status back to F1, do I need to worry about restamping my visa again in Nepal? or, can I visit without any problem as I am back to the same status as my visa says?
Thank you in advance for your suggesation.
you are good to go bro/ sis ... i remember one of my friend came US in F1 visa, after college got H1- B visa from work ... was out of work so H1-B visa was gone ... he still had F1 in his passport ... joined some school so got F1 - visa ... went Nepal and don't have to face interview as he already had the visa F1 which is similar to his status here in USA ... make sure that you take all necessary documents with you ... just in case you are asked in Port of Entry.
Hope this will help
Thanks,
