Hypocrite is dhongi, one who says who believes in something but acts the exact opposite.
Pakhandi is somewhat ignorant..
I might be wrong..
Hypocrite................a person who or persons who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, especially a person whose actions belie stated beliefs.
SO the defination of hypocrite in Nepali is NETA, Political NETAS, ........
in a serious note ..its DHONGI, Kapti, Pakhandi.
Agree with Sidster.
It is PAKHANDI
Dhongi and pakhandi have same meaning.
pakhandi bhaneko najanera pani janeko jasto garne... dherai janne hune ra jane jhain garna khojne is pakhandi....
I guess
both have the same meaning. They mean, someone pretends of being someone/something what he/she is not.
Apart from that you can also use 'आडम्बरी' , 'बहुरुपी'.
Hypocrite = Pakhandi
Dhongee = Fake
ALSO
Hypocrite = Pakhandi = Non Resident Nepalese(NRN)
Dhongee = Fakes = Non Resident Nepalese( NRN )
