I need Recipe which only takes limited ingredients because i do not have access to any Indian or Asian grocery stores. I need recipe so that i can be able to make it tasty based on the ingredients that can be found @ Walmart.
If i like the recipe, i am planning on cooking it tonight. I also do not have "Momo pakaune Bhada" but i usually cover my tarkari pakaune gahiro bhada with aluminum foil and make holes on it. so far it's been working.
Thank You.
I tried to make MOMO one time and It turned out like crap.
I might just drive to ashville. I go there sometime. My brother in law lives there. but, I never knew there is Nepali Restaurant in Ashville.
Thanks for info.
If you do not have choice, you have to satisfy with what ever available. As someone tried to make but did not trun out good, may be next time it will be better. Or go to Traders Joe, get some pre-wrapped wontons. Make your own achar and enjoy it , but you will be getting a close substitute only.
