I think you have to sit on RN exam and may be you have to take some ethical class too. Did I answer you what you needed?

First of all you've to pass NCLEX exam and then you can start working as RN.

Yes one of my Fren wants to come US. She already finished her Nursing one year back and have two  year working experience. So what is best option for her???
